  3. Full-Service Staging (Optional Add-On)

    • For those who want a turnkey solution, we offer an add-on service to stage your home using your furniture, art, and accessories.

    • We’ll arrange everything to create a bright, open, and welcoming environment that appeals to buyers and helps your home sell faster and for top dollar.

Pricing

Our Home Staging consultation is offered at a flat rate of $350, which includes a 90-minute in-person or virtual session and a follow up customized staging guide to help you prepare your home for listing.

Optional follow-up staging services are available at $225/hour for clients who’d like hands-on help arranging furniture, styling decor, and getting the space photo- and showing-ready.

Condo Refresh: Making a Space Shine

For this staging project, the goal was clear: clear the clutter, highlight the fabulous features, and make this condo shine. The homeowner, who was living out of town, had a space full of great furniture, art, and decor—but it needed some serious attention before hitting the market.

After our initial walkthrough, we saw how much potential the condo had. With some guidance, thoughtful editing, and hands-on help, we knew we could transform it. While packing isn’t typically part of our staging services, this was a special case—and we wanted to go the extra mile.

We created a simple plan after the consultation and came back ready to work. Over the course of a few hours, we packed away personal items, rearranged some of the heavier furniture (with the help of a strong relative!), and made the most of what was already there. We used the homeowner’s own furniture and art, bringing in just a few soft goods—like fresh bedding, cozy throws, and pillows—to tie it all together.

The result? A bright, spacious condo that feels warm, inviting, and ready for its next chapter.
